Clients are required to provide a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Are there any specific eligibility requirements for individuals seeking counselling services?

Individuals must be aged 16 and above. Individuals must have a stable wifi connection, a private space for sessions, and access to an electronic device for video calls.

How can clients schedule an appointment for a counselling session?

Clients can schedule an appointment by using the online contact form on the website or by emailing Jessica at neuropathcounselling@gmail.com. You can also follow the booking link where you can sign up (for free) to be able to book and cancel appointments at your own convenience without the need to communicate back and forth about it!

What is the process for new clients to begin counselling services?

New clients will start with an initial consultation and complete an intake form before beginning counselling sessions.

When are sessions paid for?

Each session is paid for on the day of the appointment before the appointment starts (or at the start time of the appointment).

Do you accept NDIS funding?

Yes, I can currently accept NDIS clients who are self-managed or plan-managed.
